What are your hours of operation?

Our facilities are open from 9am until 6pm Monday thru Saturday. Our gate hours are 6am until 10pm everyday of the year. We do offer longer hours for businesses.

What are your rates?

We have the best rates available. Check our price list for your particular size unit.

How much space will I need?

Check out our suggested unit size chart.

What do I need to rent a space?

You will need to come in to the location of your choice. Have a valid driver's license or federal ID with a picture.

Do I rent my space month to month?

Yes all units are rented on a month to month basis. The first month may be prorated, but all following months are paid for monthly, rent due 1st of every month.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Do you offer a moving vehicle to move into my unit?

Yes! Jepco does a have a 14 foot box truck that we will drive to your location. You must load and unload the vehicle yourself, we do no lifting, ask manager for details.

Do you sell packing supplies?

Yes, we sell a full line of boxes and packing supplies.

Do I need insurance?

You may have your own insurance through your homeowner's policy. Check to see if you are already covered. We can provide you with brochures for two companies that will provide you with content insurance.You may also choose to be self-insured and not use any insurance.

Who has access to my unit?

You are the only one with a key to your unit, so only you or anyone you give a key and access code to may enter your unit.
