Refund Policy

All rent is due on the 1st of each month. If there is a lock still on your unit at the 1st of the month, full rent is due for that month. Rent will be pro-rated for move outs only on the first five(5) days of the month. In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, Jepco will refund your account within 24 hours of being notified of the discrepancy.
